Roger Adams (Pastor)
Roger Adams was approached by the West Virginia Baptist Convention to start a new church plant in Winfield, West Virginia. Crossroads Community Chapel began meeting in January 2000 and has been in existence since, presently meeting at Winfield High School for worship services. Roger has been in ministry for 33 years, serving in churches, campus ministry, prison ministry and chaplain for Marshall University Men's Basketball. He serves on the board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is starting in a ministry with Nations of Coaches. |

Filip Vlasic (Youth Minister)
Filip has been our Youth Minister since October 2009. He plans weekly bible studies for our youth, as well as retreats & activities throughout the year. Filip brings many gifts & talents to our church, where he also leads our Praise & Worship Team each week. |
